Whether from a computer, smartphone or touch panel – thanks to process visualisation using HTML 5, all our machines can be monitored and controlled from almost any browser. In addition, there is the possibility of remote maintenance for control, early fault detection, analysis, optimisation and troubleshooting of your system. To ensure IT security, the control system offers a modern security concept with technologies such as SSL-TSL, SSH, openVPN, IPSec and a specially configured firewall. We already support the following security standards: ISO27002, IEC62443-2-4, NIST Cyber Security Framework 1.0, BSI TR-02102-1 & TR-02102-2, for mobile access 2FA. For stand-alone systems, an additional connection with LTE modem is also possible. With our in-house developed PLC-based control programmes, we offer you a solution with the highest operational safety on industrial standard. Thanks to our unique “Condition Monitoring”, all components and process data are constantly monitored in real time. For the regulation and control of our systems, we rely on the freely programmable controllers from WAGO. Based on the CODESYS-V3-based e!COCKPITs, these form the optimal basis for incorporating our many years of experience in refrigeration and air-conditioning technology into the control algorithms we have developed in-house. When developing the control programs, our in-house programming department focused in particular on user-friendliness, high availability and efficiency of the systems.
Our SKADEC solution management
With the help of our optimised connection to the buffer storage you can save not only energy but also costs! Our systems are configured in such a way, that different trades can monitor themselves independently – this guarantees you more system availability and a longer running time. In addition, our chillers and heat pumps are always future-proof and operationally safe. If required, additional SKADEC hydraulic modules can be designed in such a way that redundancies are created, thus ensuring reliability. In addition, the delivery rate can be adjusted by inverter pumps and flexibly monitored with the help of in-house programming.
