Our water-cooled R600a high-temperature heat pumps achieve flow temperatures of up to 90°C. The machines can be individually configured and are therefore the ideal solution for sustainable hot water generation in many applications.
Intelligent PLC Control
We use PLC controls as standard in all R600a heat pumps, which guarantee a high-performance automation solution. This ensures high system availability, low operating costs and service-friendly operation.
Tested security concept
At SKADEC, safety is our top priority. Our R600a heat pumps therefore have an enclosed machine housing with explosion-proof gas monitoring and explosion-proof housing ventilation. We are on hand to advise operators on the preparation of risk assessments.
VDE wired switch cabinet
Circuit diagrams and flow charts are created individually by us. The switch cabinets for the R600a heat pumps are wired and tested in accordance with VDE. We attach great importance to standard-compliant load distribution and vibration-proof design.
Efficient and high-quality components
R600a heat pumps from SKADEC have frequency-controlled compressors, high-quality heat exchangers and speed-controlled high-efficiency pumps. The focus is always on high processing quality.
Integrated hydraulics (optional)
Hydraulic modules are planned on a project-specific basis and can be installed in the machine directly ex works. This minimizes on-site work, saves space and ensures optimum configurations. Customer component requirements can be taken into account.
Housing options
Water-cooled machines can be equipped with a weatherproof and soundproof housing. This makes them suitable for both indoor and outdoor installation. They offer the advantage that space can be saved by installing the chiller and associated dry cooler separately outdoors. In addition, the sound pressure level is reduced compared to air-cooled chillers installed outdoors.
