We use freely programmable controllers to regulate and control our systems. These form the ideal basis for incorporating our many years of experience in refrigeration and air conditioning technology into the control algorithms we have developed ourselves. When developing the control programs, our in-house programming department focuses in particular on user-friendliness, high availability and efficiency of the systems.
The control system algorithm is at the heart of the machine control system. This ensures efficient and trouble-free operation of the system. Thanks to condition monitoring, the constant monitoring and analysis of all components and process data, any faults are detected as soon as they occur. This allows maintenance, for example, to be planned in advance. Should irregularities or faults nevertheless occur, the machine reacts independently and provides the maximum possible output in emergency operation, despite the impairment.
Whether on the touch display directly on the machine or remotely on a tablet, cell phone or PC, the schematic representation of the system shows all important process data at a glance. You can see the status of your system immediately from the color coding of each actuator. Faults and irregularities are indicated directly on the relevant part of the system and displayed as full text in the alarm list. The intuitive operating concept allows the user to interact easily with the machine.
Recording and analyzing various process data is becoming increasingly important. For this purpose, our PLC controller provides the user with a freely configurable data logger. By default, the controller saves more than 60 values daily on an SD memory card as a *.csv file at 5-second intervals. The data plotter converts the process values into meaningful linear diagrams so that the sometimes large volumes of data can be conveniently analyzed.
The networking of individual systems is essential for the function and efficiency of an overall system. Thanks to various bus interfaces, the systems can be easily integrated into existing process control systems. These include Industrial Ethernet, Profibus, Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP and CANopen.
From the office or on the move with a desktop PC, tablet or smartphone, with the cloud you can manage and monitor your systems from anywhere. Whether for adjusting set values, quick checks or detailed analysis, you always have full control over the machines.
