There is also an additional procurement risk. At SKADEC, we prefer to plan with natural refrigerants. The natural refrigerant propane (R290) is particularly suitable for outdoor installation applications.

The software solutions we have developed are especially for trade businesses and are used as standard in all products. We set up remote maintenance for the tradesman in his head office so that he can support his service technicians on site. This enables us to offer you individual and needs-based office climate solutions.
SERVER COOLING
for a stable climate
Server rooms and data centers constantly produce a lot of waste heat. Chillers with a high system temperature and integrated free cooling function are particularly suitable for energy-efficient cooling. Machines with several separate cooling circuits that provide cooling 24 hours a day, seven days a week are suitable for high system availability and reliability.
HEATING AND COOLING
in all seasons
SKADEC offers you perfect heating and cooling solutions with our reversible air-water heat pumps. Buildings can be optimally cooled in summer and heated in winter according to your needs. The use of reciprocating compressors in SKADEC heat pumps in heating operation also offers efficiency advantages of up to 15% compared to conventional heat pumps. Our air-cooled heat pumps are available in the power range from 20 kW up to 400 kW and can be extended modularly to over 1 MW. When designing and planning our heat pumps, the focus is on operational reliability, maximum availability and energy efficiency. All our heat pumps meet the GEG standard and offer a future-proof and efficient air conditioning solution.
SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS
reliable remote access from anywhere
Enjoy maximum freedom and flexibility with SKADEC. With our innovative PLC-based software, all machines can be monitored in real time via remote maintenance – whether from a computer, smartphone or touch panel – thanks to our unique “Condition Monitoring”. The in-house developed control program guarantees you user-friendliness and operational safety at industry standard. All components and process data can be checked with ease. This unique mobility gives you maximum freedom and flexibility. Software solutions:
- Buffer storage and pump management in the technical center
- Control of external free coolers
- Individual programming
ELIGIBLE SYSTEM CONCEPTS (only available for projects located in Germany)
R290 chillers and heat pumps from our product portfolio are available in an eligible technical configuration. The expected subsidy amount is:
- 15% of the investment costs for R290 chillers
- 35% of the investment costs for R290 heat pumps
- Specialist planning and construction supervision are also subsidised at 50%
- Save CO2 and reduce net investment costs at the same time!
Example:
R290 heat pump with investment costs of EUR 100,000 and planning costs of EUR 20,000.
Subsidy: EUR 35,000 for the heat pump
+ EUR 10,000 for planning
= 45,000 EUR subsidy
