Due to the F-Gas regulation and the “phase-down” decided therein, the price for synthetic refrigerants like R410a, R134a or R513a will increase in the long run. There is also an additional procurement risk. We at SKADEC therefore prefer to plan with natural refrigerants. We at SKADEC support specialized craftsmen in the planning, implementation and commissioning of our water chillers and heat pumps. The software solutions developed by us especially for the trade are used uniformly in all products as standard. We set up a remote maintenance system based on PLC for the tradesman in his head office, so that he can support and delegate his service technicians on site. Innovative concepts for supermarkets with SKADEC machines
Due to the high cooling demand of supermarkets and the resulting energy consumption, the focus is particularly on efficient and future-proof air conditioning. Due to special criteria for the refrigerant selection and under consideration of the future refrigerant availabilities, according to the F-Gas regulation, SKADEC prefers to use natural refrigerants such as propane (R290). Reversible air-to-water heat pumps offer an energy-efficient and future-proof project planning solution. Our product portfolio includes chillers and heat pumps for small stores from about 500 m² up to large stores with more than 4000 m² sales area.

Normal cooling with the carrier medium brine – an energy-efficient solution with a low CO₂ equivalent and low refrigerant charge for the retail trade. Refrigerated goods storage with an externally installed chiller and the carrier medium brine. The chiller therefore has a very low refrigerant charge compared to a directly evaporating compound refrigeration system. An externally mounted chiller cools the brine down to -10 °C and allows a design with the natural refrigerant R290 (propane). A further advantage is the high system availability of this application. If the chiller fails, buffer storage tanks are available, saving time for customer service. The application is also efficient in summer, when temperatures rise sharply, and easy to service.
Compact hydraulic modules also as container solution
According to your requirements
SKADEC manufactures individual hydraulic modules for you in a short time – completely flexible according to your needs. The modules planned in CAD are approved by the client before production. Within the hydraulic modules, pumps, distributors, buffer storage, hydraulic switches, replenishment systems etc. can be integrated. The hydraulic modules are available in an open version for indoor installation as well as closed in a weatherproof housing for outdoor installation. According to customer requirements we also use components from renowned manufacturers such as Wilo, Grundfos, Reflex, Sinus and Magra.

All R290 chillers and heat pumps from our product portfolio are available in an eligible technical configuration. Companies, non-profit organizations, municipalities, local authorities, special-purpose associations and private companies, schools, hospitals and church institutions can apply for funding, regardless of the intention to make a profit.
