Store refrigerated goods correctly and save operating costs – with SKADEC. We would like to help you find the right system for your special needs. We guarantee low life cycle costs and future-proof, sustainable and environmentally friendly overall solutions – for long-term planning reliability. Due to the F-Gas regulation and the “phase-down” decided therein, the price for synthetic refrigerants like R410a, R134a or R513a will increase in the long run. There is also an additional procurement risk. To avoid unnecessary additional costs, we have switched from SKADEC to natural refrigerants. The natural refrigerant R290 propane is particularly suitable for outdoor applications.
SKADEC would like to promote the handicraft and with it accompanying specialized craftsmen as well as mechanics. Therefore we offer our complete support in planning, implementation and commissioning of chillers and heat pumps. A software developed on SPS basis is used as standard in all products. In addition, we set up remote maintenance for the tradesman at his head office so that he can support his service technicians on site.
With the help of partners and planning offices, we would like to promote the use of natural refrigerants at an early stage of the project. We support you in this and work out optimal and future-proof solutions together with you – according to your needs and wishes. Our planning notes will help you to plan the installation of the system and the associated hydraulic concepts. We will also gladly provide you with the corresponding tender documents for invitations to tender.
Chillers with water or brine as the carrier medium are suitable for storing refrigerated goods. Large cooling systems are already predominantly cooled with brine. A significant advantage is the low refrigerant charge required and the resulting low CO₂ equivalent. This solution offers operators a long-term and future-proof alternative for the provision of cooling. Natural refrigerants are the preferred choice. Customers can also receive funding for individual measures through subsidy programs.
Application:
We manufacture custom-made hydraulic modules for you – according to your needs. The modules are planned and visualized in CAD and then approved by the client before production. With SKADEC you have the possibility to integrate further distributors, buffer storage, hydraulic switches and replenishment systems. The hydraulic modules are designed with standard or frequency-controlled high-efficiency single or double pumps or with several pumps separated from each other. You can purchase the hydraulic modules either in an open version for indoor installation or closed in a weatherproof housing for outdoor installation. You also have the possibility to integrate further components from well-known manufacturers such as Wilo, Grundfos, Reflex, Sinus and Magra.
SKADEC offers you the unique advantage that our machines detect possible malfunctions at an early stage, so that our employees can perform a quality check remotely. In this way, it can be determined in a time-saving manner whether a problem exists, how it can be remedied and which material is required for the service repair. In this way system failures can be avoided and costs saved.
