Our large selection of refrigeration and air conditioning systems always allows a solution for any type of building – tailored to your needs and wishes. We at SKADEC would like to work out efficient, cost-effective and sustainable overall solutions together with you. In doing so, we focus on long-term planning reliability and low life cycle costs. The total operating costs of buildings are significantly influenced by the energy and operating costs of the respective air-conditioning applications. Due to the F-Gas regulation and the “phase-down” decided therein, the price for synthetic refrigerants such as R410a, R134a or R513a will increase in the long term. There is also an additional procurement risk. We at Skadec plan preferably with natural refrigerants. The natural refrigerant R290 propane is particularly suitable for outdoor applications.
We see ourselves as a partner who strengthens the craft! Our service includes the professional support of craftsmen in the planning, implementation and commissioning of our chillers and heat pumps. In addition, we set up a remote maintenance system based on SPS for the tradesmen in their head office, so that they can instruct and delegate their service technicians directly on site from their office. The software solutions we have developed specifically for the trade are used as standard in all product systems.
Many planning and architectural offices are not familiar with the use of natural refrigerants. Therefore, as your partner, we would like to teach you how to use natural refrigerants safely. We support you in the early stages of your project and work with you to develop optimal and future-proof solutions. Our planning notes will help you to plan the system installation and hydraulic concepts. We also supply tender documents for invitations to tender.

Technical rooms and data centers are particularly sensitive when it comes to climate. After all, a server must be able to provide all the data stored on it in seconds, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week – the climate must be right. For a server to function reliably, the air in the server room must be dehumidified appropriately to prevent electrostatic discharge. SKADEC will find a suitable and efficient server cooling system that matches the performance of the computer to be cooled. This is the only way to avoid overheating and costly consequential damage.
For a warm winter and a cool summer, the means of choice is a reversible air-water heat pump from SKADEC. In this way, public facilities can be cooled optimally and according to your needs in summer and heated flexibly in winter. Our systems ensure a constant pressure in the supply air duct as well as a pleasant room climate to feel good – efficiently and sustainably.
All our machines are equipped with an innovative and in-house developed software based on SPS. This enables you to easily monitor all control components and process data of your machine via remote maintenance. You can check your machine comfortably from your smartphone, laptop or touch panel via “Condition Monitoring”. Herewith we offer you a concept on industrial standard with very high operational safety. For the regulation and control of our systems, we rely on the freely programmable controllers (PFC series) from WAGO. Based on the CODESYS-V3-based e!COCKPITs (IEC 61131-3), these form the optimal basis for incorporating our many years of experience in refrigeration and air-conditioning technology into the control algorithms we have developed in-house. When developing the control programs, our in-house programming department focused in particular on user-friendliness, high availability and efficiency of the systems.
