Always in service for our customers
Regular maintenance is necessary and prescribed for the safe operation of the plant. We take over the annual maintenance of all room air, refrigeration and air-conditioning systems for you in accordance with VDMA Standard Sheet 24 186 Parts 1 and 3 and DIN EN 378 Parts 1 to 3 including documentation. External companies with the appropriate proof of qualification can be trained by us for maintenance work on the systems.
The powerful programmable logic controllers (PLC) with the in-house SKADEC chiller software are IP-compatible as standard and have their own web server for process and data visualization.
Due to the representation in HTML5, the visualization can be operated and displayed with all common end devices (Smartphone, Tablet, Laptop, PC) with HTML5 web browsers (Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari..). A secure connection via a VPN router can be used to access the machine control outside the intranet.
The router complies with ISO27002, IEC62443-2-4, NIST Cyber Security Framework 1.0, BSI TR-02102-1 (German Federal Office for Information Security). This enables remote monitoring, remote maintenance, fault clearance, alarm forwarding as well as long-term process analysis and process optimization.
You can reach our customer service Monday to Friday from 7 to 18 o’clock.
All chillers and heat pumps are monitored by remote maintenance, which means that warnings are detected early on, long before a system failure occurs. Our staff is regularly trained in the use of natural refrigerants.
Our more than 30 service vehicles are equipped with a wide range of spare parts. This enables us to eliminate many malfunctions on the very first approach.
