Dry cooler from SKADEC
Efficient. Compact. Quiet.
Efficient. Compact. Quiet.
SKADEC offers powerful and energy-efficient dry coolers as the perfect complement to refrigeration systems. A dry cooler is similar to an air-cooled chiller but uses a liquid solution such as water or brine to transfer heat instead of refrigerants and compressors. These systems are often used in data centers where excess heat needs to be removed but certain low humidity levels are not required. A significant advantage of such a system is that there is no liquid evaporation, which eliminates the need for make-up water. Dry coolers can often recover larger amounts of heat in a much smaller footprint than conventional direct expansion air-cooled condensing units, which is a significant advantage in projects with limited floor or roof space.
SKADEC offers a comprehensive range of dry coolers in a wide performance spectrum. These are available in various designs up to a total length of 13m and a height of 3m. They can be configured to suit any application with EC fans, anti-corrosion-protected lamellae and PLC-based controls. The frame is made of galvanized and powder-coated steel. All modules can be individually adapted to the required sound values.
